After many failed attempts at learning to crochet I finally got the hang of it! I made headbands obviously. Handspun and variegated yarns are perfect for basic stitches and shapes and I can go wild with the color and texture. Not to mention crocheting is fast, I made all three of these in one day. They are all in the shop but you know me, I won't have any problems keeping them for myself if they don't sell.
My son and I are both back to school again after a much appreciated relaxing summer even though I spent most of it applying for jobs and not getting one. I also submitted a new pattern design to a magazine which was rejected, but that is good for you since I'll be revealing it on the blog soon.
